- 02Additional services include Wood Destroying Insect Inspections, Pool and Spa Inspections, Sewer Lateral Scoping, Water Well and Septic Inspections, Air Quality, Asbestos, Lead Paint and Mold and Allergen Testing.
- 03Yes. Where allowed by Federal Aviation Administration rules and weather conditions at the time of the inspection, all roofs are inspected using an aerial drone. We will use thermal imagining to detect any anomalies that may exist in the walls of the house including water intrusion, electrical hot spots and lack of insulation. All specialized testing is done in accordance with established third-party lab sampling and testing procedures.
- 04Most home inspections take between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size, age and condition of the property. Larger homes or properties requiring additional services may require more time.
- 05A One-Year Home Warranty Inspection is performed on your new home before your builder’s new home warranty expires. We identify new defects or issues that may still be covered under the builder’s warranty, saving homeowners significant costs.
- 06Absolutely. We encourage our clients and/or their agents to attend the inspection whenever possible. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the property’s condition and issues before you receive the inspection report.
- 07Yes. We will work weekends to schedule an inspection that is convenient for your busy schedule.
- 08Most inspection reports are completed and delivered the same day. Our Inspection reports are easy to read, informative and include photos and recommendations for each deficiency identified in the report.
