Yes. Where allowed by Federal Aviation Administration rules and weather conditions at the time of the inspection, all roofs are inspected using an aerial drone. We will use thermal imagining to detect any anomalies that may exist in the walls of the house including water intrusion, electrical hot spots and lack of insulation. All specialized testing is done in accordance with established third-party lab sampling and testing procedures.

Most home inspections take between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size, age and condition of the property. Larger homes or properties requiring additional services may require more time.
